John (JR) Dobbins

J.R. has worked in the biopharmaceutical industry for 27 years, all of which have been at Eli Lilly and Company. Throughout this tenure, he has held roles in bioproduct development, manufacturing sciences, and global regulatory affairs. Over the last 17 years, he has worked within the regulatory CMC organization developing global regulatory strategies to support the advancement and commercialization of the bioproduct portfolio at Eli Lilly.
