Dominick Yeo Yeo

Dominick Yeo is a Field Scientist on the Biologics Analytical Services team. He has nearly nine years at Catalent, with deep expertise in the SMARTag ADC platform and broader ADC development. Most recently he was the LC-MS subject matter expert in the Biocharacterization group in Emeryville, supporting ELISAs, cell-based assays, flow cytometry, and LC-MS workflows. He started his career at Genentech in small molecule LC-MS, then moved to Catalent's Emeryville site for the small molecule side of conjugates, and was later absorbed into the chemical biology group where he picked up bioconjugation, HPLC, HIC, SEC, and ELISA. That combination is unusual: he has both conjugated the molecules and run the analytics on them, which is exactly the perspective early-stage ADC programs need. He is named on two patents in the ADC space with additional applications pending. In his current role he supports customer engagement materials, capability positioning, and customer meetings as a technical resource, helping teams interpret data and shape analytical strategy.
