Courtney Sloan

Courtney Sloan is a Senior Principal Scientist and group leader in Analytical Research and Development at Pfizer, supporting the Biotherapeutics Pharmaceutical Science division. She spent two years as an NIH-NRSA Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign after receiving a PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from The University of Kansas. She has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for the past twelve years, focusing on analytical development and strategy for novel modalities. Since joining Pfizer, she has gained extensive experience implementing innovative analytical strategies for complex biotherapeutic programs to advance product development. Her program support has encompassed various outsourcing models across highly matrixed teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to accelerated timelines.
