Cinthia Noemi Torres Huari

Pharmaceutical Chemist and Biochemist from Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University (UIGV), with a Professional Second Specialization in Pharmaceutical Policy and Regulation from the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM), and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Private University of Applied Sciences (UPC). She has over 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, with solid expertise in manufacturing processes, quality control, quality assurance, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance, and regulatory affairs. Since 2020, she has been working at the General Directorate of Medicines, Supplies and Drugs (DIGEMID), the national regulatory authority of Peru, as a Biological Products Evaluator, focusing on the technical and regulatory assessment of Post-Approval Changes (PACs) related to Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC).
