Chun Shao joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2018 as a scientist in Biologics Development and has held successive roles with different responsibilities. Chun started in Method Development organization and was responsible to develop release/stability indicating method for monitoring critical quality attributes. In 2019, Chun joined the biologics process development analytical sciences organization where she is responsible to establish an integrated mass spec platform in proximity with process development to provide comprehensive information to help guide bioprocess upstream and downstream development. Prior to Bristol-Myers Squibb, Chun worked at GlaxoSmithKline in King of Prussia, PA from 2016 to 2018 as a characterization lead to provide mass spectrometry support for extended characterization and IND/BLA enabling studies. Chun received her Ph.D. degree from Boston University in 2016 where she received comprehensive training in mass spectrometry, glycomics, proteomics, and glycoproteomics.
