Basma Ibrahim

Basma Ibrahim, Ph.D. is currently an Associate Director in AbbVie, Inc in Biologics Drug Product Development. She completed her Ph.D. in Industrial and physical Pharmacy at Purdue University and started her career in sterile formulation development at Fresenius-Kabi. Basma has over 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry working in parenteral formulations for both small and biologic products. Since Joining Abbvie, Basma lead the clinical in use and clinical sites interactions initiatives in Abbvie for biologics. She is recognized as an expert in late-stage process development, tech transfer, micro in-use strategies and clinical/commercial in use.
