Ankit Patel

Ankit Patel is currently Senior Director and Head of Analytical and Formulation Development at Denali Therapeutics, providing strategic and technical leadership for CMC analytical method & control strategy development, formulation development, and drug product process development for biotherapeutics addressing neurodegeneration. Prior to his current role, Ankit held multiple technical leadership roles within the Late Stage Pharmaceutical Development department at Genentech/Roche, where he led a scientific group responsible for pivotal and BLA-enabling formulation & pharmaceutical development activities as well as served as CMC team lead for multiple biologics programs. Ankit is a chemical engineer by training and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Maryland as well as a M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.
